Will My Body Heal Itself?
Your body is designed to heal itself.

If you cut your hand – it will heal automatically, unless you deliberately put dirt in it, or you keep picking it open, or if your immune system is severely suppressed by the way you have been eating and living resulting in some very serious illness that causes delayed healing.

Doesn't Everyone Die Sometime?
This world is run by laws – laws of chemistry, laws of physics, laws of astronomy, etc. These laws have an impact on us whether we know about them or not. If we are ignorant of these laws, or if we know about them but attempt to defy them, they are still controlling us whether we like it or not.
